Tim joined Bloom CPAs’ sister company, SMB Accounting and Consulting, in 2023 and came over to Bloom’s team in 2025 when the two companies merged.

Tim brings with him over 15 years of experience in various accounting and auditing roles, including 8 years with DCAA, where he mastered the FAR contracting rules. Tim focuses on Government compliance, including calculating indirect rates, accrual accounting, budgeting, rate adjustments and assisting with answering audit requests and attending audits. Tim also has a vast knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, PROCAS, Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop.

Originally from New York State, Tim has also lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Ohio, before relocating to Melbourne in 2023.  In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time at the beach, playing board games, and watching soccer.
